  The original hot pot king with signature broths and excellent variety. While numerous hot pot competitors pop up continuously, Little Sheep is one of the most famous with locations spread out internationally. Tip: definitely try their half & half broth but the pickled cabbage broth is an insider favorite. The meats are all high quality and fortunately largely devoid of the marketing regarding Kobe or Wagyu that you see elsewhere. The house made dumplings are great but the key is really superior broths, fresh veggies, and plentiful meats.

  A fun family celebration destination. A reservation is recommended. We were guests of Chinese hosts who ordered and recommended the tasty dipping sauces. A fun relaxing experience. It is billed as "Chinese fondue". We ordered a variety of thinly cut meats that took only a few minutes to cook in the hot chicken broth. Some of the more adventurous Chinese guests ordered "half and half", a very spicy broth and the regular broth. Noodles, mushrooms, vegetables and seafood were also added at various times when you "fished out" the cooked food. I really enjoyed the lotus. It reminded me of how much I enjoyed lotus when I was in China. I had hot pot once in China, and this dinner was very authentic. And fun to do on a date or for a family celebration. The restaurant was packed with happy chatter and everyone the festive way to eat.
